Booking an act
When booking an act with Alibi Productions we will request a deposit of between 10%-50% depending on the act required/project, unless otherwise discussed.
A non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days of the agreement in order to secure your booking. After this time if no deposit is received we will release the act/time/date in question unless an alternative agreed date has been made for deposit payment.
Any remaining balance due should be paid to Alibi Productions within 7 days of the event/performance on receipt of our invoice.
Weather Policy (for Outdoor performances)
Alibi Productions reserve the right to cancel/stop or postpone a performance if weather conditions become unsafe; including, but not limited to heavy rain, high winds, lightning storms.
This is for the safety of both the performers and event guests/attendees.
No refunds for any bookings made with Alibi Productions will be due in the event of cancellation due to unsafe conditions.
Cancellation of booking
If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of securing your booking (via deposit payment), no cancellation fee is due unless the event/performance date is within the following 7 days, in which case the full fee will be due.
If cancellation is made within 6 weeks (42 days) of the event/performance, 50% of the total remaining balance will be due to us.
If cancellation is made within 14 days of the event/performance, 100% of the total remaining balance will be due to us.
This policy may be amended by us at any time.
